In February of 1998, Jeff was hired by the Toronto Blue Jays as the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator where he stayed for two full seasons before moving to the Major League Club in 2000.For the last three years Jeff has overseen the strength and conditioning program of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball organization. During this time he became very involved with Baseball Canada promoting strength and conditioning to athletes and coaches. During the summer of 2003 Jeff started and is currently operating the Krush Sport Performance company in Edmonton, AB.

Jeff is currently in Arizona working with the National baseball team from China. The Vauxhall Academy of Baseball is excited to have Jeff part of our coaching staff and look forward to having him help train and develop the fitness levels of our players.
